I'm loving this camera. I bought most its accessories as well, including the filter adapter and hood, along with a third party UV protector. I also bought the X100's leather case; I like the case so much that I now hardly use the filter setup and hood. You have to be a little more careful, of course, but that goes with the territory of slowing down and taking more care with your compositions etc.

I love it! Everything about this camera has made it an absolute pleasure to use. Firmware updates are very welcome and only enhance the experience and Fuji's reputation. There are 2 things that could make this camera even better. 1-the manual focusing is still nearly useless. 2-allow the RAW button to be customized for other functions. But, this is such a fantastic camera that I plan to be using it for years to come. Well done Fuji!

If you are looking up for a replacement of your DSLR because of the Bulky size, without compromising the quality of the image this is the best thing to go for. Its worth what it costs and above all is the quality of image that you get can be compared to a DSLR.

The X100 is a near perfect camera for the film trained photographer. It returns one to the "intentional" mode of taking photographs. What a great addition to the camera bag.

I sold my leica d-lux5 after just 3 months, to buy this camera. I'am defintely agree about how beatiful and genius the x100 is. I'am so happy with this camera. Thank you fujifilm for the efforts done specially after what happened in japan. Everything is perfect, and as i wish! Simply, i i love it!

The X100 quality like no other camera I have seen in many years. I am 58, and I learned to take pictures the traditional way. The X100 lets me straight back into that way of working. The quality if the images are a revelation, and the real-world presentation of the film simulations (B&W + filters, Velvia etc.) make creativity a much less hit and miss thing. I love this camera - it exists on a human scale.

I tried the X100 in Toulouse (France) for about half a day and was impressed by the quality of this new model. Ability to immediately change aperture or back in auto, vision of the DOF in the viewfinder, makes from this a nice street photography machine !

Have been considering this camera for 2 months and finally made the purchase after a brief viewing on the viewfinder in the shop. The "Heads-Up" display on the OVF is really refreshing. It's clear and all the important infos are there. This camera is always with me as it is portable and unobstructive. Love the image output quality and the 35mm lens. Well done Fujifilm!

Finally! This camera has taken me back in time to the great film cameras with manual controls for shutter speed and aperture. I feel reborn as a photographer. The optical viewfinder is superb and the photos are often stunning. Thankyou Fuji! And for those crying for an all black X100, well, then you'll have a great camera but it will look like all the others out there.
